Istrian extra virgin olive oil

Everyone is welcome, as there are no special requirements. It is important to know that the friendly owners and enthusiastic staff will guide you through the process of making your own rice wine, accompanied by a glass of olive oil. We will therefore use it to transform the olives into delicious olive oil. Then there will be a tasting of several oils, obviously accompanied by good bread, wine, and beer. We spent a very pleasant and, above all, enjoyable and interesting afternoon. Highly recommended because it was just right. (Not a large group or a specific type, there were four of us). Upon arrival, it doesn't seem like anything special. After a very warm welcome from the owner and an enthusiastic employee, we drive them to the olive groves where they explain the different varieties of olives. We then visit the oil mill where the olives are transformed into delicious oil. Finally, we taste the different oils, accompanied of course by bread, wine, and beer. We had a very pleasant and particularly enriching afternoon. I highly recommend this experience, especially as it was on a small scale. (We were only a small group of four people.)
