Extra virgin olive oil Buža produced by mechanical cold pressing Buža piccantine, a valued indigenous Istrian olive variety. Buža or Busa Baioca is a 100% mono-varietal very valuable extra virgin olive oil, obtained from the indigenous olive variety of the Istrian County.

Olive harvesting method

We pick Buža piccantine olives by hand so that the fruit itself feels as little stress as possible. With reduced water consumption, antioxidants (phenols) remain in the olive oil, and it retains all the fullness of flavor.
